So I started working out at the 6 weeks mark going hard at abs and elliptical but started spotting again so I had to slow down. Today I am no longer spotting so I am starting my workouts again. I made up a schedule for myself and I am determined to stick to it. I won't see the results I want if I don't. I plan on working out 5 days a week, alternating my days from cardio/abs one day and buns/thighs the other days. I really want me back. I gained majority of my weight in my hips and thighs so my goal is to slim them down again. I miss my sexy bum and legs. I plan on doing this 5 day routine for 4 months as in 4 months we should be off to Mexico.
I started Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs workout today at level one and it is killer. I was pouring sweat and burned 336 cals. I plan on doing level one all of August for a total of 11 goes and then start level 2 my second month.
Will keep u posted with before and afters as well as measurements/weights. Wish me luck and energy. Quite the task finding the energy with a new baby.
