Thought I would make a list of the exercises I did prior to pregnancy to show how I achieved my body and to give ideas of what you may want to try. I don't like exercises that are too hard as it discourages me from pushing forward or continuing so I tried exercises that I could easily fit into my day without feeling like it took too long.
Cardio
* for cardio I love going for jogs, so I put on my music and use Adidas micoach to track my progress. Last summer I was achieving 4km for my jogs which varied in intensity.
* Sadly summer doesn't last around here, so there goes my jogging. During the winter I use my elliptical and some Xbox 360 fitness games. :)
Toning

Row Your Boat (This one is doable and not too hard)
