So I was able to try the runtastic results app for free because I was originally using Adidas micoach and they have merged with runtastic. I use to use the 8fit app, but runtastic results is much better in my opinion. Well designed and easy to use.
To Start: They have you do a fitness test to see where you stand physically and then from there they offer you a workout plan best to your needs as in getting results and taking in mind how many days a week you can workout. (I started with 3 workouts a week to ease in)
The Workouts: they have a wonderful selection of different exercises in their library that they put together for you for the week making it easy, just open the app and do your pre-planned workout for the day. They even have an option to standalone workouts aside from your preplanned workout. My favorite option is the workout creator where you can pick different body parts that you want to focus on, then it will make a workout for that. (most workouts vary from 8-25 minutes for me, but may differ depending on how quick you can do the reps)
