I found this recipe on Facebook and tried it out a few days ago. I will definitely be doing it again!
All you need is the fruit you like, small disposable cups, popsicle sticks or disposable spoons and some quality juice. Below is what I used.
Freshly cut:
-strawberries, bananas, and kiwis
And
- Sunrype smoothie juices (tropical sunrise & berry delicious)
Once your fruit is cut up then mix it all in a bowl to get variety and scoop into your plastic cups. Now you add your juice over top to just cover the fruit. Insert your stick or spoon and freeze. Easy peasy & delicious!
I have been craving ice-cream so this is my substitute for when I want healthier choices.
