4 more months and little man will be 1!!! Time is sure flying. Little ppl don't give you time to realise where its all going. He officially has 4 teeth now, two bottom front and two top front. He can crawl, wave hello, stand up with things, walk along his crib and furniture, feed his own bottle, eat pureed solids and teething cookies, amongst other things. He is doing good.
Now about me. Progress is still being made. I am pretty happy with myself and all the hard work paying off.
I have been doing kangoo 3x a week with the elliptical once a week and abs and butt toning at home when I can, about 3-4x week. Just 5 mins using "mydailyab" and "mydailybutt" workout apps. We all have 5 minutes, I love those apps.
Also the past 2 weeks I have been using my fitness pal to see how many calories I eat in a day. it allotted me 1700 calories a day, which I haven't gone over yet. I am not on a diet, I still eat what I want, only difference is I'm not eating out of boredom anymore. So the app helps keep it on my mind I'm full and just bored, and to wait till I am actually hungry to eat or snack. Adding this to my workouts has helped me lose 2lbs!
I AM OFFICIALLY BACK TO MY PREPREGNANCY WEIGHT!!! smaller than before! doesn't seem real.
