So I am approaching up onto 12 weeks pp and not too happy with my progress. I feel like I look worse now than I was at 8 weeks. My trouble area is around my hips and the belly of coarse. I started working out 5 days a week elliptical and then every other day Jillian Michaels Butt workout. I did alright keeping up except this last two weeks as we had visitors and road trips so not much me time. I feel sooooo tired.
Going to get my Kangoo instructor certificate on the 31st so I am excited about that. Going to start teaching 2 classes a week so that will help get me into shape again. Hopefully once little man is a bit older I can do four classes a week.
It will take a good bit of time before I get to where I am happy with my body again.
