I am now 4 months postpartum and loving mommy-hood to the fullest. :) My little charmer sleeps so well during the nights, usually in bed no later than 11, and sleeps right through till 7 am for his first feed, then goes back to sleep until about 930 am. Just wonderful. Braxtyn is getting bigger and bigger and I am hoping to be getting smaller and smaller.
I feel like a hit a wall with the progress at the moment. Not losing inches off the waist, I feel bloated most days like crazy....not fun. I have lost some weight, but would much rather lose inches over weight. I have started doing Kangoo, which is an aerobics workout using rebound boots and bouncing to the music, quite fun. I also took my training to become an instructor which forces me to workout now, esp if I do not want to look like a wreck at my first class, lol. I am nervous as it is out of my comfort level doing this sort of thing, but I will grow. If I fail at least I tried I guess.
So the last time I took my stats was at the 2 months pp mark. I have been reluctant to taking them again at this point as I feel like I made no progress even though I have been working out nearly every day for 30-40 mins. Took my new stats today and some progress. The good thing about keeping track of your inches is that it helps show you your progress, esp when you feel like you are making none.
New Stats compared to my 2 month pp stats:
Current Weight : 147lbs down 7lbs (7 to go)
Thighs : 22" down 1.5"
Waist: 34" 0 inches down
Hips: 39" down 1"
I wish you all luck and patience with your own body journey's. Thank you for following my blog and my journey to the old me. :) No one said it would be easy, but it sure will be worth it. Hard work=results.

After one of my Kangoo workouts. Slowly, but surely.... Can't wait till all angles look pleasing to me.
