Now about me. Progress is still being made. I am pretty happy with myself and all the hard work paying off.
I have been doing kangoo 3x a week with the elliptical once a week and abs and butt toning at home when I can, about 3-4x week. Just 5 mins using "mydailyab" and "mydailybutt" workout apps. We all have 5 minutes, I love those apps.
Also the past 2 weeks I have been using my fitness pal to see how many calories I eat in a day. it allotted me 1700 calories a day, which I haven't gone over yet. I am not on a diet, I still eat what I want, only difference is I'm not eating out of boredom anymore. So the app helps keep it on my mind I'm full and just bored, and to wait till I am actually hungry to eat or snack. Adding this to my workouts has helped me lose 2lbs!
I AM OFFICIALLY BACK TO MY PREPREGNANCY WEIGHT!!! smaller than before! doesn't seem real.
